Team Bartlett was founded in the late 90's after Al and Vicky Bartlett tried to sell their Fallbrook home and saw a need for a different type of Real Estate Agent. Al and Vicky's oldest son, Brett Bartlett, was raised in Fallbrook and joined his parents as a Realtor in 2009. Brett and his wife, Cailin, moved to Bonsall after they were married and a few years later they built their first home in Fallbrook, she also joined the team in 2014. The family has founded their business on one simple principle, "Integrity in Real Estate." To date, Team Bartlett has sold more than $125 Million in Real Estate, specializing in the Fallbrook and Bonsall area of North San Diego County, and they helped hundreds of home buyers and home sellers navigate the real estate transaction process.
